Cute but awkward fit

I bought this for my 3lb chihuahua. It has small silver stones and a little bit of glitter on the butterflies that make it stand out more. It fits her but the part from her neck to her legs sits too high and makes it hard for her to walk. I might just cut into the sleeves because its so cute on her.
